1. Return Instructions
All returns require an unique RMA number within seven (7) days after the receiving date for an exchange or refund. Items without the unique RMA number will not be accepted. RMA numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days. Any products returned after the expiration date will be refused. Please email sales [a] cheapina.com to submit your return request. All returns will be evaluated by our customer service team. Please confirm that your personal information is accurate and effective. Your cooperation and confirmation is required. Cheapina.com is not responsible if a connection cannot be made between cheapina.com and the customer. We will not handle your case any longer than fourteen (14) days. Refunds are made for item(s) value only, excluding shipping and handling charges.
2. Wrong Item(s)
If you receive a different item from what you have ordered, you have seven (7) days from the date of receipt to request an unique RMA #. You must return the item(s) in its original condition with all accessories and manuals included. RMA numbers must be written on the shipping label and not on the item packaging. Returns without valid RMA # will be discarded. If the item(s) you returned are damaged and/or some accessories are missing, cheapina.com reserves the right to retain your payment up to 100% or to charge you a restocking fee of fifteen (15) percent. If you placed a wrong order, you have seven (7) days since the date of the item(s) receipt to request a return or to make an exchange. For those returns, you will get an 85% refund of the original product price (shipping is not included and won’t be reimbursed in case of any returns). The product must be returned in its original condition with all accessories included (see above for details on damaged items).
3. Defective Item(s)
The limited warranty applicable to all products bought on cheapina.com is 30 days. We offer a 30-days limited warranty to all defective item(s) that require either repairs or replacements, after cheapina.com confirmed the item(s) are defective. cheapina.com will either exchange or repair the item(s) at our sole discretion within the first 30 days of ownership only. The warranty protects against Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) and/or any manufacturing defects. After first 30 days, only the warranty provided by the original manufacturer will be in effect. Warranties may vary by products or manufacturers.
4. Lost/Out-of-Stock Item(s)
Any item(s) are considered lost, if it does not reach the buyer address after six (6) weeks of delivery (applicable in the United-States only). After the 6th week, the buyer is eligible for a full refund or a re-ship. cheapina.com is responsible for the re-shipping fees. However, for all international orders, Processing of Clearance in Customs may cause delays. As for the out-of-stock item(s), if the buyer does not want to wait for an out-of-stock item and if he has already paid by PayPal, then the product price will be directly reimbursed through PayPal. If the buyer does not want to wait for an out-of-stock item(s) and if he has chosen to pay by credit card, then the item and the order will be simply cancelled. The credit card will not be charged.
5. International Returns
International customers are responsible for all returns shipping charges. Rules for lost, damaged, and/or wrong item orders are similar as described in Section 2 and 3. Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges. cheapina.com is not responsible for any taxes and duties generated by the laws and policies of your local government as well as other handling fees.
You are responsible for risk of loss, shipping and handling fees for returning or exchanging product. All shipping charges are non-refundable unless agreed by cheapina.com. 15% restocking fee might be required if shipment is refused at time of delivery. If you fail to follow the return or exchange instructions and policies provided by cheapina.com, cheapina.com will not responsible for items that are lost, damaged, modified or otherwise processed for disposal or resale. We reserve the right to refuse returns or retain your payment up to 100%. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without the prior approval issued by cheapina.com.
